关于征集首届“21 世纪杯”石油人文 大学生学术英语论坛参赛作品的通知 2014 年 10 月 30 日 为进一步提高我校大学生的人文素养，活跃学术思想，促进学术英语教学，提升大学生 的学术英语交流能力， 文学院拟举办首届石油人文大学生学术英语论坛。活动采用征文形式， 面向全校学生。本次征文主题为 Petroleum and Ecology（石油与生态），要求围绕主题， 从某个微观角度入手，指出石油工业上中下游所涉及的生态问题，采集文献，提出观点，收 集数据，佐证并得出可信的结论，有针对性地提出解决方案。征文以说明文或议论文为主， 采用学术文章的格式，不接受小说、散文等其他文体。
论坛子话题：
1.高效勘探与 HSE 2.石油与 HSE 3.管道与安全 4.石油炼制与环境 5. 智能电网与环境 6. 深海及非常规油气开发与生产装备 7. 能源消费结构与环境治理 8. 环保法律法规 9. 其他 征文要求：
1．凡参赛者必须提交 250-300 字的摘要，审核通过后视为正式参赛作品。
2. 论文必须用英文独立完成，不得抄袭和剽窃他人的作品，一经发现，取消参赛资格。
3．论文选题新颖，观点明确，内容充实，论据充分，论证合理，逻辑性强。
4. 每篇论文以 A4 纸不少于 3 页（≥3），具体见“论文写作格式模板”。 1 5. 所有参赛者原则上要配备指导教师，按照论文格式进行写作，参考附件“论文写作格式 模板”以方便后期排版印刷。 摘要要求： 1. 摘要以 250-300 字为宜，以电子版形式提交，核心词 3-5 个。
2. 字体：标题用 14 号字（粗体），摘要内容用 12 号字。字型：Times New Roman。
行高：
固定行距 20 磅。
3. 摘要请于 12 月 15 日前发送至 petro_humanities@163.com。摘要务必注明：姓名、 班级、专业、联系电话等个人信息。
征文提交：
1. 摘要审核通过后即视为具有参赛资格的作品， 需要按照学术论文写作格式提交参赛论文。
2. 所有提交论文必须严格按照“论文写作格式要求”完成，不符合格式要求的作品将不予 以接收。
3. 参赛作品提交截止时间为 2015 年 4 月 30 日。
论文评审：
1. 所有参赛论文将聘请我校国际期刊审稿专家评审并提出评审意见。
2. 拟评审优秀获奖论文 20 篇，并在最后举行的论坛上进行大会宣读。
3. 优秀稿件将推荐至 21 世纪报。
论文宣读及评奖：
1. 大学生学术英语论坛举办的时间为 2015 年 7 月 5 日（暑期小学期第一周周末），所有 20 篇作品将进行大会宣读，并依据论文质量及现场表现，评出特等奖 2 名、一等奖 5 名和 二等奖 13 名，并颁发荣誉证书和奖品。
2. 论坛工作语言为英语。
